2. Vehicle Owner Claim Request, documents on accident evidence and damage
3. Copies certified by State Authorities or GIC staffs:
Insurance certificate
Driving licence
Vehicle registration certificate
Certification of Vehicle inspection for technical safety and environmental protection
4. Copies of accident documents (certified by local police at accident site), including:
Scene layout
Scene examination report
Vehicles examination report  
Accident settlement report
Accident investigation report by Police
5. Verdict or court’s decision (if any)
6.  Documents and reports on third party’s liability (in case damages caused by third party)
7. Survey report
